The course was very detailed. I appreciated being able to be quizzed on the knowledge as I went along. The videos helped to drive home key points and made the learning experience easy to follow. The interactive quizzes also helped to drive home certain concepts and regulatory expectations/requirements.

The topic of Psychosocial needs
The course is program to ensure that the managers have a comprehensive knowledge for operating a licensed facility. I like that there is flexibility provided to me which enable me to take my time with each course and improve my learning experience.
