SMS / Text Message Program
North Star Training Institute, operated by Assisted Living Nurse Care Services, LLC, runs an SMS (text message) program for its enrolled students and staff members.
What we send
Account and course notifications only: grading results and instructor feedback alerts, course access help, class and appointment schedule confirmations, and account or service notices. We do not send marketing texts on this program.
How you opt in
You opt in during enrollment with North Star Training Institute: on the enrollment form you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us. The consent language on our enrollment form reads:
“I agree to receive account and course-related text messages from North Star Training Institute at the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.”

Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact our office. Opting out does not affect your enrollment or course access.
